Document the LVDS encoder IP found on the RZ/G3L SoC. It supports
single-link mode. LVDS and the DSI interface share a peripheral clock and
the MIPI_DSI_PRESET_N reset signal. However, the LVDS module cannot be
used at the same time as MIPI-DSI.

The DU block on the RZ/G3L SoC is identical to the one found on the RZ/G2L
SoC. However, it supports the DSI, DPI, and LVDS interfaces, while the
RZ/G2L supports only the DSI and DPI interfaces.
Due to this difference, a SoC-specific compatible string,
'renesas,r9a08g046-du', is added for the RZ/G3L SoC.

The RZ/G3L DSI IP is similar to the RZ/G2L but has different global PHY
timings and also the PLLCLK is ungateble clock. Add the compatible
string "renesas,r9a08g046-mipi-dsi" to handle these difference for the
Renesas RZ/G3L SoC. The power to DSI region is controlled by SYSC block.

The HDMI CEC driver for both mt7623 and mt8167 is actually the same as
mt8173-cec and the mt7623n.dtsi board include file already uses mt8173-cec
compatible as a fallback, but the documentation lists them as separate
entries. Correct the binding by adding the correct fallback.
This change fixes the following dtbs_check errors:

The lower (secondary) 5.0" 1024x768 IPS LCD panel of the AYANEO Pocket DS
dual-screen handheld is driven by a Sitronix ST7703 DDIC, as identified
by its ST7703 manufacturer command set (SETEXTC 0xB9, SETMIPI 0xBA,
SETGIP1/2 0xE9/0xEA). Document its compatible alongside the other ST7703
panels.

Add deprecated property display and display0 to allow old platform lx1021a
(>10 years) to put display timing under dcu node.

Add nvidia,tegra264-host1x compatible string. The Tegra264 host1x is
similar to Tegra234, but with a different set of engines and layout.
The engine register range is no longer continuous, so two range entries
are also needed.

ILI7807S is a DSI display controller used to drive MIPI-DSI panels.
The DLC DLC0697 1080x1920 LCD panel is based on this controller.
The panel requires a reset GPIO, I/O voltage supply (vddi), positive
LCD bias supply (avdd) and negative LCD bias supply (avee). The panel
operates in video burst mode with four data lanes using RGB888 pixel
format.

The only variant supported by the binding now, the DC8200 controller on
T-Head TH1520, requires three reset lines.
Add the reset properties to the required list to clarify this. The
in-tree th1520.dtsi file isn't affected by this change because the reset
lines are already populated there.
The driver still considers the resets optional, so if another variant
with no reset line appears, only the binding needs tweaking.

There is no use of double colon '::' in YAML. OTOH, the literal style
block, e.g. using '|' treats all characters as content [1] therefore
single use of ':' in descriptions is perfectly fine, whenever '|' is
used.
Cleanup existing code, so the confusing style won't be re-used in new
contributions.

When the backlight is managed by the panel controller IC, an external
power rail might be powering the backlight.
Add an optional `bl-supply` property to describe such power rail, thus
allow disabling the backlight.

The Chipone ICNA3512 and ICNA3520 DDICs are high refresh, low power
MIPI-DSI drivers for OLED panels. The icna3512 is used by the Ayn Odin 2
Portal and the Ayaneo Pocket DS top panel while the icna3520 is used by
the Ayn Thor top panel and the Ayn Odin 3.
These ddic's are generally compatible, but some MIPI vendor commands
differ between them, so they are not fully fallback compatible.

The panel used by Anbernic in the RG Vita-Pro is a DSI panel based
on the TD4310 controller IC. It measures approximately 5.5 inches
diagonally and is 1080x1920 in resolution.

Pull SoC devicetree updates from Arnd Bergmann:
"There are fewer devicetree updates this time that the last few ones,
with five SoC types getting added:
- Qualcomm Dragonwing IPQ9650 is a new wireless networking SoC using
four Cortex-A55 and one Cortex-A78 core, which is a significant
upgrade from older generations
- ZTE zx297520v3 is an older low-end wireless SoC using a single
Cortex-A53 core, which so far can only run 32-bit kernels. This
brings back the ZX family of chips that was removed in 2021 after
support for the original zx296702 and zx296718 chips was never
completed.
- Renesas R-Car M3Le (R8A779MD) is a variant of the R-Car M3-N
(R8A77965) automotive SoC.
- Apple t8122 (M3) is the 2023 generation of their laptop SoCs, which
has now been reverse-engineered to the point of having initial
kernel support for five laptop models.
- ASPEED AST27xx is their first baseboard managment controller using
a 64-bit core, the Cortex-A35, following earlier generations using
ARMv5/v6/v7 CPUs.
These all come with one or more initial boards, and in total there are
39 new boards getting added across SoC families, including:
- Two NAS boxes using the old Cortina Systems Gemini SoC based on an
ARMv4 FA526 CPU core
- 18 industrial embedded boards using NXP i.MX6/8/9 and LX2160A SoCs
from Variscite, Toradex and SolidRun, plus a number of overlays for
combinations with additional boards
- One new carrier board and SoM using TI K3 AM62x, in addition to new
overlays for older SoMs
- Two new boards using Spacemit K3 (no relation with TI) RISC-V SoCs.
- Three phones from Google, Nothing and Motorola, all using Qualcomm
Snapdragon SoCs
- AST26xx BMC support for two server boards
While there is still a significant number of patches improving
hardware support for the existing boards across vendors (NXP,
Qualcomm, Renesas, Rockchips, Mediatek, ...), a much smaller number
of cleanups and warning fixes have made it in this time"

Some variants of the Qualcomm Snapdragon X2 Elite-based Lenovo Yoga
Slim 7x Gen11 laptop ship with a Samsung ATNA40HQ08-0 2880x1800 120 Hz
OLED panel which seems to be compatible with the other ATNAxxx panels,
document it.
Note that I stripped the -0 suffix from the compatible, as it seems to
be of little importance and some sources omit it.

RK3588 eDP controller requires HCLK_VO1 to access the VO1 GRF
registers and enable the video datapath.
Previously, the clock was enabled implicitly via the 'rockchip,vo-grf'
phandle reference, which allowed the eDP to work without explicitly
managing the hclk_vo1 clock. However, this is not safe or explicit.
To make the clock dependency explicit, enforce per-SoC clock-names
requirements:
- RK3288: 2 clocks (dp, pclk)
- RK3399: 3 clocks (dp, pclk, grf)
- RK3588: 3 clocks (dp, pclk, hclk)
Do not reuse the 'grf' clock name for RK3588 because it represents
a different clock with distinct control logic:
- The 'grf' clock is only for GRF register access and is toggled
dynamically during register access.
- The 'hclk' clock controls both GRF access and video datapath
gating, and must remain enabled during probe.

Adreno X2-185 GPU found in Glymur chipsets belongs to the A8x family.
It features a new slice architecture with 4 slices, significantly higher
bandwidth throughput compared to mobile counterparts, raytracing support,
and the highest GPU Fmax seen so far on an Adreno GPU (1850 Mhz), among
other improvements. Update the dt bindings documentation to describe this
GPU.

Document the Display Unit (DU) support for the RZ/T2H and RZ/N2H SoCs.
The DU block on RZ/T2H is functionally equivalent to the RZ/G2UL DU and
supports the DPI interface, but includes SoC-specific register differences
and has no reset control. Add a dedicated compatible string to represent
this variant and update the allOf constraints accordingly.
As the DU implementation on RZ/N2H matches RZ/T2H, describe it using an
RZ/N2H specific compatible string with the RZ/T2H compatible as fallback.

The RZ/G2UL DU supports only a single port@0 DPI. Explicitly refuse
port@1 in the ports node.
