powerpc/configs: Drop no longer needed CONFIG_CRYPTO_HMAC
Since commit 401e4238f35c ("crypto: rng - Make DRBG the default RNG")
we no longer need to set CONFIG_CRYPTO_HMAC in our defconfigs.
