2022-08-30dt-bindings: iio: Add missing (unevaluated|additional)Properties on child nodesRob Herring3-0/+6
In order to ensure only documented properties are present, node schemas must have unevaluatedProperties or additionalProperties set to false (typically). 2022-08-19dt-bindings: iio: dac: use spi-peripheral-props.yamlKrzysztof Kozlowski18-66/+71
Instead of listing directly properties typical for SPI peripherals, reference the spi-peripheral-props.yaml schema. This allows using all properties typical for SPI-connected devices, even these which device bindings author did not tried yet. Remove the spi-* properties which now come via spi-peripheral-props.yaml schema, except for the cases when device schema adds some constraints like maximum frequency. While changing additionalProperties->unevaluatedProperties, put it in typical place, just before example DTS. 2022-04-04dt-bindings: Fix incomplete if/then/else schemasRob Herring1-3/+3
A recent review highlighted that the json-schema meta-schema allows any combination of if/then/else schema keywords even though if, then or else by themselves makes little sense. With an added meta-schema to only allow valid combinations, there's a handful of schemas found which need fixing in a variety of ways. Incorrect indentation is the most common issue. Note this is documenting bindings that have effectively existing ever since this driver was merged. This is documented what is currently the case. There are a number of things that could be added, but I don't feel the binding elements are obvious enough to document without a driver implementation to verify they are good choices.
