2022-02-14dt-bindings: mfd: maxim,max77693: Convert to dtschemaKrzysztof Kozlowski1-194/+0
Convert the MFD part of Maxim MAX77693 MUIC to DT schema format. The example DTS was copied from existing DTS (exynos4412-midas.dtsi), so keep the license as GPL-2.0-only. 2021-11-05mfd: max77693: Do not enforce (incorrect) interrupt trigger typeKrzysztof Kozlowski1-1/+1
Interrupt line can be configured on different hardware in different way, even inverted. Therefore driver should not enforce specific trigger type - edge falling - but instead rely on Devicetree to configure it. The Maxim 77693 datasheet describes the interrupt line as active low with a requirement of acknowledge from the CPU therefore the edge falling is not correct. The interrupt line is shared between PMIC and RTC driver, so using level sensitive interrupt is here especially important to avoid races. With an edge configuration in case if first PMIC signals interrupt followed shortly after by the RTC, the interrupt might not be yet cleared/acked thus the second one would not be noticed. 2018-07-25dt-bindings: remove 'interrupt-parent' from bindingsRob Herring1-1/+0
'interrupt-parent' is often documented as part of define bindings, but it is really outside the scope of a device binding. It's never required in a given node as it is often inherited from a parent node. Or it can be implicit if a parent node is an 'interrupt-controller' node. So remove it from all the binding files.
