2022-08-03net: remove cdns,at32ap7000-macb device tree entryHans-Christian Noren Egtvedt1-2/+1
The AVR32 architecture has been removed from the kernel in commit 26202873bb51fafdaa51be3e8de7aab9beb49f70, hence clean out the cdns,at32ap7000-macb compatible entry in Cadence macb Ethernet driver. AVR32 architecture never supported device tree, hence this code was not used by anybody. Updated documentation to match the default entry, no users of cdns,at32ap7000-macb in the kernel tree. 2022-07-28dt-bindings: net: cdns, macb: use correct xlnx prefix for XilinxKrzysztof Kozlowski1-2/+9
Use correct vendor for Xilinx versions of Cadence MACB/GEM Ethernet controller. The Versal compatible was not released, so it can be changed. Zynq-7xxx and Ultrascale+ has to be kept in new and deprecated form. 2022-07-07dt-bindings: net: cdns, macb: document polarfire soc's macbConor Dooley1-0/+1
Until now the PolarFire SoC (MPFS) has been using the generic "cdns, macb" compatible but has optional reset support. Add a specific compatible which falls back to the currently used generic binding. 2022-05-31dt-bindings: net: Fix unevaluatedProperties warnings in examplesRob Herring1-1/+0
The 'unevaluatedProperties' schema checks is not fully working and doesn't catch some cases where there's a $ref to another schema. A fix is pending, but results in new warnings in examples. Fix the warnings by removing spurious properties or adding missing properties to the schema. 2022-05-23dt-bindings: Fix properties without any typeRob Herring1-0/+1
Now that the schema tools can extract type information for all properties (in order to decode dtb files), finding properties missing any type definition is fairly trivial though not yet automated. Fix the various property schemas which are missing a type. Most of these tend to be device specific properties which don't have a vendor prefix. A vendor prefix is how we normally ensure a type is defined.
