	As of_get_mac_address now supports NVMEM under the hood, we need to update the bindings documentation with the new nvmem-cell* properties, which would mean copy&pasting a lot of redundant information to every binding documentation currently referencing some of the MAC address properties. So I've just removed all the references to the optional MAC address properties and replaced them with the small note referencing net/ethernet.txt file. 	'interrupt-parent' is often documented as part of define bindings, but it is really outside the scope of a device binding. It's never required in a given node as it is often inherited from a parent node. Or it can be implicit if a parent node is an 'interrupt-controller' node. So remove it from all the binding files. 	This patch adds a new glue driver called dwmac-dwc-qos-eth which was based in the dwc_eth_qos as is. To assure retro-compatibility a slight tweak was also added to stmmac_platform. 	The Synopsys DWC EQoS is a configurable IP block which supports multiple options for bus type, clocking and reset structure, and feature list. Extend the DT binding to define a "compatible value" for the configuration contained in NVIDIA's Tegra186 SoC, and define some new properties and list property entries required by that configuration.
