2021-10-20dt-bindings: net: wireless: ti,wlcore: Convert to json-schemaGeert Uytterhoeven1-45/+0
The Texas Instruments Wilink 6/7/8 (wl12xx/wl18xx) Wireless LAN Controllers can be connected via SPI or via SDIO. Convert the two Device Tree binding documents to json-schema, and merge them into a single document. Add missing ti,wl1285 compatible value. Add missing interrupt-names property. 2018-07-25dt-bindings: remove 'interrupt-parent' from bindingsRob Herring1-2/+0
'interrupt-parent' is often documented as part of define bindings, but it is really outside the scope of a device binding. It's never required in a given node as it is often inherited from a parent node. Or it can be implicit if a parent node is an 'interrupt-controller' node. So remove it from all the binding files. 2017-09-05dt-bindings: Remove "status" from examplesRob Herring1-1/+0
Pretty much any node can have a status property, so it doesn't need to be in examples. Converted with the following command and removed examples with SoC and board specific splits: git grep -l -E 'status.*=.*' Documentation/devicetree/ | xargs sed -i -E '/\sstatus.*=.*"(disabled|ok|okay)/d' Acked-by: Mark Rutland <mark.rutland@arm.com> Signed-off-by: Rob Herring <robh@kernel.org>
2017-06-13wlcore: add wl1285 compatibleSebastian Reichel1-0/+1
Motorola Droid 4 uses a WL 1285C. With differences between chips not being public let's add explicit binding for wl1285 instead of relying on wl1283 being very similar.
