2020-12-02ARM: dts: s3c24xx: add SMDK2416 board compatibleKrzysztof Kozlowski1-1/+1
Add a compatible for SMDK2416 board next to the SoC compatible. Signed-off-by: Krzysztof Kozlowski <krzk@kernel.org> Link: https://lore.kernel.org/r/20201117201106.128813-3-krzk@kernel.org
2020-09-11ARM: dts: s3c24xx: move fixed clocks under root node in SMDK2416Krzysztof Kozlowski1-12/+5
The fixed clocks are kept under dedicated 'clocks' node but this causes multiple dtschema warnings: clocks: $nodename:0: 'clocks' does not match '^([a-z][a-z0-9\\-]+-bus|bus|soc|axi|ahb|apb)(@[0-9a-f]+)?$' clocks: #size-cells:0:0: 0 is not one of [1, 2] clocks: xti@0:reg:0: [0] is too short clocks: 'ranges' is a required property xti@0: 'reg' does not match any of the regexes: 'pinctrl-[0-9]+' Signed-off-by: Krzysztof Kozlowski <krzk@kernel.org> Link: https://lore.kernel.org/r/20200907183313.29234-12-krzk@kernel.org
2020-01-07ARM: dts: samsung: Rename Samsung and Exynos to lowercaseKrzysztof Kozlowski1-1/+1
Fix up inconsistent usage of upper and lowercase letters in "Samsung" and "Exynos" names. "SAMSUNG" and "EXYNOS" are not abbreviations but regular trademarked names. Therefore they should be written with lowercase letters starting with capital letter. The lowercase "Exynos" name is promoted by its manufacturer Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd., in advertisement materials and on website. Although advertisement materials usually use uppercase "SAMSUNG", the lowercase version is used in all legal aspects (e.g. on Wikipedia and in privacy/legal statements on https://www.samsung.com/semiconductor/privacy-global/). 2019-01-10ARM: dts: s3c2416: Fix xti node's missing reg property warningKrzysztof Kozlowski1-1/+4
Fix the DTC warning for xti node: arch/arm/boot/dts/s3c2416-smdk2416.dts:23.12-28.5: Warning (simple_bus_reg): /clocks/xti: missing or empty reg/ranges property Signed-off-by: Krzysztof Kozlowski <krzk@kernel.org>
2018-05-07ARM: dts: s3c24xx: Fix unnecessary address/size cells DTC warningsKrzysztof Kozlowski1-2/+0
Fix DTC warnings: arch/arm/boot/dts/s3c2416-smdk2416.dtb: Warning (avoid_unnecessary_addr_size): /cpus: unnecessary #address-cells/#size-cells without "ranges" or child "reg" property arch/arm/boot/dts/s3c2416-smdk2416.dtb: Warning (avoid_unnecessary_addr_size): /clocks: unnecessary #address-cells/#size-cells without "ranges" or child "reg" property Signed-off-by: Krzysztof Kozlowski <krzk@kernel.org>
2018-05-07ARM: dts: s3c24xx: Remove skeleton.dtsi and fix DTC warning for /memoryKrzysztof Kozlowski1-1/+2
Remove the usage of skeleton.dtsi to fix the DTC warning: arch/arm/boot/dts/s3c2416-smdk2416.dtb: Warning (unit_address_vs_reg): /memory: node has a reg or ranges property, but no unit name Signed-off-by: Krzysztof Kozlowski <krzk@kernel.org>
2018-01-03ARM: dts: s3c24xx: Add SPDX license identifiersKrzysztof Kozlowski1-4/+1
Replace GPL v2.0 license statements with SPDX license identifiers. Signed-off-by: Krzysztof Kozlowski <krzk@kernel.org>
2015-06-03ARM: dts: s3c2416: Use labels for overriding nodes in SMDK2416Krzysztof Kozlowski1-43/+43
Usage of labels instead of full paths reduces possible mistakes when overriding nodes. Signed-off-by: Krzysztof Kozlowski <k.kozlowski.k@gmail.com> Signed-off-by: Kukjin Kim <kgene@kernel.org>
2014-04-15ARM: dts: add clock data for s3c2416Heiko Stuebner1-0/+13
This adds the clock controller itself, the xti clock on the smdk2416 as well as the clock references in the individual device nodes. Signed-off-by: Heiko Stuebner <heiko@sntech.de> Reviewed-by: Tomasz Figa <t.figa@samsung.com> Signed-off-by: Kukjin Kim <kgene.kim@samsung.com>
2013-06-19ARM: dts: use #include for all device trees for SamsungPadmavathi Venna1-1/+1
Replace /include/ (dtc) with #include (C pre-processor) for all Samsung DT files Signed-off-by: Padmavathi Venna <padma.v@samsung.com> Reviewed-by: Sylwester Nawrocki <s.nawrocki@samsung.com> Reviewed-by: Doug Anderson <dianders@chromium.org> Signed-off-by: Kukjin Kim <kgene.kim@samsung.com>
2013-05-21ARM: dts: add devicetree support for s3c2416-smdk2416Heiko Stuebner1-0/+72
Definitions in s3c24xx.dtsi are usable for all s3c24xx SoCs, but some need to be extended with proper compatible properties, as can be seen in s3c2416.dtsi.
