We have everything we need in multi_v7_defconfig that exists in
bcm_defconfig, so get rid of that file to reduce the maintenance burden.

Having switched over all of the users of CONFIG_PM_RUNTIME to use
CONFIG_PM directly, turn the latter into a user-selectable option
and drop the former entirely from the tree.

remove menu "Broadcom Mobile SoC Selection"
This requires:
- selecting ARCH_BCM_MOBILE based on SoC selections
- fixup bcm_defconfig to work with new menu levels.
- multi_v7_defconfig in another patch for merge purposes as per
Olof Johansson's request

The virtual consumer is a test device intended to be used while developing
regulator drivers, it should never be used in production. Remove it from
all defconfigs to avoid confusion among users.

BCM (Kona/capri platform) has regressed in two ways on this release. First,
bcm_defconfig no longer selected the appropriate MMC driver options due to
changes in dependencies. Secondly, the new MFD and regulator drivers were not
enabled on multi_v7_defconfig, so that caused the system to fail probing MMC
there.
Fix by enabling the new options as needed.

To be consistent with other Broadcom drivers, the Broadcom Capri pinctrl
driver and its related CONFIG option are renamed to bcm281xx.
This commit updates the defconfig that enables the pinctrl driver.

some random numerical product name.

Adds pinctrl driver for Broadcom Capri (BCM281xx) SoCs.
v4: - PINCTRL selected in Kconfig, PINCTRL_CAPRI selected in bcm_defconfig
- make use of regmap
- change CAPRI_PIN_UPDATE from macro to inline function.
- Handle pull-up strength arg in Ohm instead of enum

The bootloaders used with Broadcom mobile SoCs are capable of handling
a device tree separately from the zImage so there is no need for this
option to be enabled.

Currently ARCH_BCM has been used for Broadcom
Mobile V7 based SoCs. In order to allow other Broadcom
SoCs to also use mach-bcm directory and files, this patch
renames the original ARCH_BCM to ARCH_BCM_MOBILE, and
uses ARCH_BCM to define any Broadcom chip residing
in mach-bcm directory.

hang due to timeout at boot.

In order to start upstreaming Broadcom SoC support, create
a starting hierarchy, arch and dts files.
The first support SoC family that is planned is the
BCM281XX (BCM11130/11140/11351/28145/28155) family of dual A9 mobile
SoC cores.
This code is just the skeleton code for get the machine upstreamed. It
has been made MULTIPLATFORM compatible.
Next steps
----------
Upstream a basic set of drivers - sufficient for a console boot to
ramdisk. These will includer timer, gpio, i2c drivers.
After this basic set, we will proceed with a more comprehensive set
of drivers for the 281XX SoC family.
