The files in include/mach are only used from mach/davinci, so they are no longer needed in the traditional location. Move them to arch/arm/mach-davinci/ and drop the logic for the special include path. The mach/uncompress.h file is not used at all and can just be removed. 2019-02-19ARM: davinci: aintc: wrap davinci_irq_init() with a helperBartosz Golaszewski1-1/+1
We're going to extend the davinci_irq_init() function with a config structure so we can drop the intc-related fields from davinci_soc_info. Once we do it, we won't be able to use this routine directly as the init_irq callback. Wrap the calls in additional helpers that don't take parameters and can be assigned to init_irq. 2018-05-02ARM: davinci: fix GPIO lookup for I2CSekhar Nori1-3/+6
The GPIO chip is called davinci_gpio.0 in legacy mode. Fix it, so that I2C can correctly lookup the recovery gpios. Note that it is the gpio-davinci driver that sets the gpiochip label to davinci_gpio.0. Also, the I2C device uses an id of 1 on DM644x and DM355. While at it, convert to using GPIO_TO_PIN() for referring to GPIO pin numbers, like it is done in rest of the board support files. 2018-02-19ARM: davinci: move davinci_clk_init() to init_timeDavid Lechner1-1/+1
This moves the call of davinci_clk_init() from map_io to init_time for all boards. This is the proper place to init clocks. This is also done in preparation for moving to the common clock framework. dm646x is a special case because we need to handle different ref_clk rates depending on which board is being used. The clock init in this case is modified to set the rate before registering the clocks instead of using davinci_set_refclk_rate() to recalculate the entire clock tree after all of the clocks are registered. Also, the cpu_clks field is removed from struct davinci_soc_info since it is no longer needed. Signed-off-by: David Lechner <david@lechnology.com> Signed-off-by: Sekhar Nori <nsekhar@ti.com>

2015-11-17[media] include/media: split I2C headers from V4L2 coreMauro Carvalho Chehab1-1/+1
Currently, include/media is messy, as it contains both the V4L2 core headers and some driver-specific headers on the same place. As a first step towards migrating davinci platforms to use common clock framework, replace all instances of clk_enable() with clk_prepare_enable() and clk_disable() with clk_disable_unprepare(). Until the platform is switched to use the CONFIG_HAVE_CLK_PREPARE Kconfig variable, this just adds a might_sleep() call and would work without any issues. This will make it easy later to switch to common clk based implementation of clk driver from DaVinci specific driver. 2012-02-25ARM: davinci: create new common platform header for davinciManjunath Hadli1-1/+2
Remove individual platform header files for dm365, dm355, dm644x and dm646x and consolidate it into a single and common header file davinci.h placed in arch/arm/mach-davinci. This reduces the pollution in the include/mach and is consistent with Russell's suggestions as part of his "pet peaves" mail. (See #4 in: http://lists.infradead.org/pipermail/linux-arm-kernel/2011-November/071516.html) While at it, fix the forward declaration of spi_board_info, and include the right header file instead. The further patches in the series take advantage of this consolidation for easy implementation of IO_ADDRESS elimination. 2011-09-11mtd: nand: rename NAND_USE_FLASH_BBTBrian Norris1-1/+1
Recall the recently added prefix requirements: * "NAND_" for flags in nand.h, used in nand_chip.options * "NAND_BBT_" for flags in bbm.h, used in nand_chip.bbt_options or in nand_bbt_descr.options Thus, I am changing NAND_USE_FLASH_BBT to NAND_BBT_USE_FLASH. Again, this flag is found in bbm.h and so should NOT be used in the "nand_chip.options" field. 2011-09-11mtd: nand: consolidate redundant flash-based BBT flagsBrian Norris1-1/+1
This patch works with the following three flags from two headers (nand.h and bbm.h): (1) NAND_USE_FLASH_BBT (nand.h) (2) NAND_USE_FLASH_BBT_NO_OOB (nand.h) (3) NAND_BBT_NO_OOB (bbm.h) These flags are all related and interdependent, yet they were in different headers. Flag (2) is simply the combination of (1) and (3) and can be eliminated. This patch accomplishes the following: * eliminate NAND_USE_FLASH_BBT_NO_OOB (i.e., flag (2)) * move NAND_USE_FLASH_BBT (i.e., flag (1)) to bbm.h It's important to note that because (1) and (3) are now both found in bbm.h, they should NOT be used in the "nand_chip.options" field. I removed a small section from the mtdnand DocBook because it referes to NAND_USE_FLASH_BBT in nand.h, which has been moved to bbm.h. 2010-05-06DaVinci: move AEMIF #define's to the proper headersSergei Shtylyov1-7/+4
Currently each DaVinci board file #define's its own version of the EMIFA base addresses (all named DAVINCI_ASYNC_EMIF_*_BASE), which leads to duplication. Move these #define's to the SoC specific headers, changing their prefixes from 'DAVINCI' to the 'DM355', 'DM644X', and 'DM646X' since all these base addresses are SoC specific...
