As we discussed in mailing list, non-DT for EXYNOS SoCs will not be
supported from v3.11. This patch removes regarding files for non-DT
including board files and defconfig.

This patch changes the name of USB ohci header from 'usb-exynos.h'
to 'usb-ohci-exynos.h'. This is because this header file has
the platdata for only EXYNOS OHCI.

This patch reorders inclusions of <linux/platform_data/xxx.h>
and puts the inclusions with the same kind for readability,
according to alphabetical ordering.

Platform data for device drivers should be defined in
include/linux/platform_data/*.h, not in the architecture
and platform specific directories.
This moves such data out of the samsung include directories
