2022-04-19ARM: pxa: move mach/sound.h to linux/platform_data/Arnd Bergmann1-1/+1
This is a basically a platform_data file, so move it out of the mach/* header directory. 2022-04-19ARM: pxa: split up mach/hardware.hArnd Bergmann1-0/+1
The mach/hardware.h is included in lots of places, and it provides three different things on pxa: - the cpu_is_pxa* macros - an indirect inclusion of mach/addr-map.h - the __REG() and io_pv2() helper macros Split it up into separate <linux/soc/pxa/cpu.h> and mach/pxa-regs.h headers, then change all the files that use mach/hardware.h to include the exact set of those three headers that they actually need, allowing for further more targeted cleanup. linux/soc/pxa/cpu.h can remain permanently exported and is now in a global location along with similar headers. pxa-regs.h and addr-map.h are only used in a very small number of drivers now and can be moved to arch/arm/mach-pxa/ directly when those drivers are to pass the necessary data as resources. 2019-05-14treewide: replace #include <asm/sizes.h> with #include <linux/sizes.h>Masahiro Yamada1-1/+1
Since commit dccd2304cc90 ("ARM: 7430/1: sizes.h: move from asm-generic to <linux/sizes.h>"), <asm/sizes.h> and <asm-generic/sizes.h> are just wrappers of <linux/sizes.h>. 2015-12-01ARM: pxa: make more mach/*.h files localArnd Bergmann1-2/+2
Lots of header files are never included outside of a mach-pxa directory and do not need to be made visible in include/mach, so let's just move them all down one level. Signed-off-by: Arnd Bergmann <arnd@arndb.de>
2012-12-24ARM: delete struct sys_timerStephen Warren1-1/+1
Now that the only field in struct sys_timer is .init, delete the struct, and replace the machine descriptor .timer field with the initialization function itself. This will enable moving timer drivers into drivers/clocksource without having to place a public prototype of each struct sys_timer object into include/linux; the intent is to create a single of_clocksource_init() function that determines which timer driver to initialize by scanning the device dtree, much like the proposed irqchip_init() at: http://www.spinics.net/lists/arm-kernel/msg203686.html Includes mach-omap2 fixes from Igor Grinberg. 2010-12-20ARM: pxa: Push Colibri evalboard MFP into module filesMarek Vasut1-37/+24
This change -- pushing the MFP configuration back into Module files -- is necessary because some evalboards can be used with multiple modules, where MFP differs from module to module. Therefore MFP isn't board-specific, but module-specific and the module should preconfigure itself for the board. (And there is also the C preprocesor limitation and conflicting #define-s) Signed-off-by: Marek Vasut <marek.vasut@gmail.com> Acked-by: Daniel Mack <daniel@caiaq.de> Signed-off-by: Eric Miao <eric.y.miao@gmail.com>
2010-12-16ARM: pxa: Introduce pxa{25x,27x,3xx}_map_io()Marek Vasut1-1/+1
This patch introduces pxa2xx_map_io() and pxa3xx_map_io() to distinguish between PXA25x/PXA27x and PXA3xx memory mapping. Also, fixup for platforms broken after introducing pxa{25x,27x}_map_io() and pxa3xx_map_io() is included. 2010-10-20arm: remove machine_desc.io_pg_offst and .phys_ioNicolas Pitre1-2/+0
Since we're now using addruart to establish the debug mapping, we can remove the io_pg_offst and phys_io members of struct machine_desc. The various declarations were removed using the following script: grep -rl MACHINE_START arch/arm | xargs \ sed -i '/MACHINE_START/,/MACHINE_END/ { /\.\(phys_io\|io_pg_offst\)/d }' [ Initial patch was from Jeremy Kerr, example script from Russell King ] Signed-off-by: Nicolas Pitre <nicolas.pitre@linaro.org> Acked-by: Eric Miao <eric.miao at canonical.com>

2009-12-01[ARM] pxa: allow platforms to control which uarts are registeredRussell King1-0/+4
For some platforms, it is inappropriate to register all PXA UARTs. In some cases, the UARTs may not be used, and in others we may want to avoid registering the UARTs to allow other drivers (eg, FICP) to make use of the UART. In addition, a while back there was a request to be able to pass platform data to the UART driver. This patch enables all of this by providing functions platforms can call to register each individual UART. 2009-04-04[ARM] pxa/colibri: get rid of set_irq_type()Daniel Mack1-3/+2
In commit 47cb035560a41bd1bd3db506eeab93088815203e, the ax88796 driver learned to take IRQ flags from platform_device definition. Use that here to get rid of the set_irq_type() hack. Signed-off-by: Daniel Mack <daniel@caiaq.de> Signed-off-by: Eric Miao <eric.miao@marvell.com>
2009-04-04[ARM] pxa/colibri: provide MAC address from ATAG_SERIALDaniel Mack1-2/+4
In 67fca028f1535e510689d2e444b0289e264e05c1, the ax88796 ethernet driver learned a way to let the platform data hand in the MAC address.
