2019-05-30treewide: Replace GPLv2 boilerplate/reference with SPDX - rule 152Thomas Gleixner1-5/+1
Based on 1 normalized pattern(s): this program is free software you can redistribute it and or modify it under the terms of the gnu general public license as published by the free software foundation either version 2 of the license or at your option any later version extracted by the scancode license scanner the SPDX license identifier GPL-2.0-or-later has been chosen to replace the boilerplate/reference in 3029 file(s). 2018-07-10powerpc/dts: Use a correct at24 compatible fallback in ac14xxBartosz Golaszewski1-10/+10
Using 'at24' as fallback is now deprecated - use the full 'atmel,<model>' string. Signed-off-by: Bartosz Golaszewski <brgl@bgdev.pl> Signed-off-by: Michael Ellerman <mpe@ellerman.id.au>
2017-07-03powerpc/dts: Use #include "..." to include local DTMasahiro Yamada1-1/+1
Most of DT files in PowerPC use #include "..." to make pre-processor include DT in the same directory, but we have 3 exceptional files that use #include <...> for that. Fix them to remove -I$(srctree)/arch/$(SRCARCH)/boot/dts path from dtc_cpp_flags. Signed-off-by: Masahiro Yamada <yamada.masahiro@socionext.com> Signed-off-by: Michael Ellerman <mpe@ellerman.id.au>
2016-07-22powerpc/dts: fix STMicroelectronics compatible stringsStefan Agner1-1/+1
Replace the non-standard vendor prefix stm and st-micro with st for STMicroelectronics. The drivers do not specify the vendor prefixes since the I2C Core strips them away from the DT provided compatible string. Therefore, changing existing device trees does not have any impact on device detection. Signed-off-by: Stefan Agner <stefan@agner.ch> Signed-off-by: Rob Herring <robh@kernel.org>
2014-01-12dts: mpc512x: add clock related device tree specsGerhard Sittig1-0/+7
this addresses the clock driver aka provider's side of clocks - introduce a 'clocks' subtree with an 'osc' node for the crystal or oscillator SoC input (fixed frequency) - the 'clock@f00' clock-control-module node references the 'osc' for its input, and is another provider for all the clocks which the CCM component manages - prepare for future references to clocks from peripheral nodes by means of the <&clks ID> syntax and symbolic ID names which a header file provides - provide default values with 33MHz oscillator frequency in the common include (the 66MHz IPS bus already was there), and add override values for the ifm AC14xx board which deviates from the reference design (25MHz xtal, 80MHz IPS bus) Cc: Rob Herring <rob.herring@calxeda.com> Cc: Pawel Moll <pawel.moll@arm.com> Cc: Mark Rutland <mark.rutland@arm.com> Cc: Stephen Warren <swarren@wwwdotorg.org> Cc: Ian Campbell <ian.campbell@citrix.com> Cc: linux-arm-kernel@lists.infradead.org Cc: devicetree@vger.kernel.org Reviewed-by: Mike Turquette <mturquette@linaro.org> Signed-off-by: Gerhard Sittig <gsi@denx.de> Signed-off-by: Anatolij Gustschin <agust@denx.de>
2013-08-24dts: mpc512x: prepare for preprocessor supportGerhard Sittig1-1/+1
prepare C preprocessor support when processing MPC512x DTS files - switch from DTS syntax to CPP syntax for include specs - create a symlink such that DTS processing can reference includes Signed-off-by: Gerhard Sittig <gsi@denx.de> Signed-off-by: Anatolij Gustschin <agust@denx.de>
2013-04-10powerpc/512x: add ifm ac14xx boardAnatolij Gustschin1-0/+392
Add dts file for ac14xx board and its board compatible string to the generic mpc512x board match list. Also add phandle to the dma DT node since there is a change (for MPC5121 SDHC DMA support) merged via linux-mmc tree with reference to the dma controller node in the sdhc node.
