quantization is used and limited range is not supported at all.
[How]
- Add enums for BT2020 YCbCr limited/full range

[Why]
Outside of a modeset/link configuration change, we should not have to
wait for the panel to exit PSR. Depending on the panel and it's state,
it may take multiple frames for it to exit PSR. Therefore, waiting in
all scenarios may cause perceived stuttering, especially in combination
with faster vblank shutdown.
[How]
PSR1 disable is hooked up to the vblank enable event, and vice versa. In
case of vblank enable, do not wait for panel to exit PSR, but still wait
in all other cases.
We also avoid a call to unnecessarily change power_opts on disable -
this ends up sending another command to dmcub fw.
When testing against IGT, some crc tests like kms_plane_alpha_blend and
amd_hotplug were failing due to CRC timeouts. This was found to be
caused by the early return before HW has fully exited PSR1. Fix this by
first making sure we grab a vblank reference, then waiting for panel to
exit PSR1, before programming hw for CRC generation.

[Why]
Previously, the debugfs did a simple dump of the tracebuffer region.
Because the tracebuffer is a ring, it meant that the entries printed may
not be in chronological order if the ring rolled over. This makes
parsing the tracelog cumbersome.
[How]
Since dmcub provides the current entry count, use that to determine
the latest tracelog entry and output the log chronologically.
Also, the fb region size is not accurate of the actual tracebuffer size;
it has been padded to alignment requirements. Use the tracebuffer size
reported by the fw meta_info, if available. If not, a fallback to the
hardcoded default is needed. To make this value available to other .c
files, its define was moved to dmub_srv.h.
Also, print a indicator at the start of the log if rollover occurred.

[Why]
fix reading edp rx crc timeout failure. after
bootup, kernel setup psr with dpcd 0x170 = 5. this
notify rx psr enable and let rx fw start checking crc
for fw internal logic. rx fw may not update crc read
count within dpcd 0x246. read count is always 0. this
will lead tx crc reading timeout.
[How]
add debugfs to let test app to disbable rx crc
checking for rx internal logic. then test app can read
rx crc dpcd 0x246 successfully.
expected app sequence is as below:
1. disable eDP PHY and notify eDP rx with dpcd 0x600 = 2.
2. echo 0x1 /sys/kernel/debug/dri/0/eDP-X/disallow_edp_enter_psr
3. enable eDP PHY and notify eDP rx with dpcd 0x600 = 1 but
without dpcd 0x170 = 5.
4. read crc from rx dpcd 0x270, 0x246, etc.
5. echo 0x0 /sys/kernel/debug/dri/0/eDP-X/disallow_edp_enter_psr.
this will let eDP back to normal with psr setup dpcd 0x170 = 5.

[why & how]
The term (i.e. port & mst_port) that we used to use in amdgpu is a bit
confusing. Rename them to mst_output_port & mst_root respectively.

pipe_ctx pointer cannot be NULL when getting the address of
an element of the pipe_ctx array. Moreover, the MAX_PIPES is
defined as 6, so pipe_ctx is not NULL after the loop either.

[Why]
Current secure display only work with single display, now make it
work with multiple displays.
[How]
Create secure_display_context for each crtc instance to store its
own Region of Interest (ROI) information.

[Why]
Tests need to tell if display is connected via USB4 DPIA link.
Currently this is only possible via analyzing dmesg logs.
[How]
Create a per-connector debugfs entry to report if the link is
tunneled via USB4 DPIA.

[Why]
reuse struct rect rather than adding a new struct.
[How]
- Userspace keeps inputting x_start, y_start, x_end, y_end
- We translate data to x, y, width, height in code flow to store
- translate back to x_start, y_start, x_end, y_end before programming HW

[Why]
Porting secure display feature from DCN10 to DCN21. Support single
display for now and will extend to multiple displays.
[How]
- use workqueue to offload works for dmub or dmcu firmware
- after receiving ROI update from userspace, set skip_frame_cnt to 1
- refactor amdgpu_dm_crtc_handle_crc_window_irq()
- disable PSR before activating secure_display on a crtc
- check if secure_display is activated before enabling psr
- only work for single display for now.

When calling debugfs_lookup() the result must have dput() called on it,
otherwise the memory will leak over time. Fix this up by properly
calling dput().
