Deprecate usb_*_report(). USB HID devices are always attached below
an uhidev(4) on OpenBSD and there is not point in rerolling your own
reportID handling. Simply use uhidev_*_report().
This is a first step towards better error handling required to deal
with broken upd(4) firmwares.
