As abbreviations for IEEE Std 1003.1 and its predecessors, use "POSIX.1"
or "POSIX.2", respectively, but not "POSIX". That's closer to Open Group
usage, leads to consistency in our own mandoc, and agrees with what
both mandoc on other BSDs and groff-1.21 do.
