Make ip6_print() take an unsigned length matching
ip_print() and others.
Allows code deciding on a minimum length to memmove()
to work as intended, preventing various crashes found
with the afl fuzzer. Callers of ip6_print() should of
course be fixed to provide sane lengths as well.
