parentUpdate the axen driver to initialize the hardware on reset. Change was suggested by Takahiro Hayashi. Also lock the mii before performing the write, based on changes in NetBSD. "the" with the obviously intended word. Started with a "the the" spotted by Mihal Mazurek.
